Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window
Not happy with your purchase? You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return shipping address within 24 hours
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products, used beauty tools, or items that have been washed or altered.
